Phase 2, Here We Come
I lost about ten pounds on Phase 1. It was tolerable but getting old fast. But, the things O made were quite good and I would have them anytimes as is, such as:
The big issue going forward is rice. O is Filipina and doing without rice is like a day without sunshine to her. From the Prevention South Beach support board, it looks like brown basmati rice is OK.
- Mediterreanean Chicken with olives and asparagus.
- Chicken taco salad (without the corn products), and avacado.
- Salad with grilled shrimp, spicy homemade dressing, and avacado.
- Grilled tuna steaks, sautéed spinach, and Chinese cabbage with soy and ginger sauce.
