Phase 2, Here We Come

I lost about ten pounds on Phase 1. It was tolerable but getting old fast. But, the things O made were quite good and I would have them anytimes as is, such as:
  • Mediterreanean Chicken with olives and asparagus.
  • Chicken taco salad (without the corn products), and avacado.
  • Salad with grilled shrimp, spicy homemade dressing, and avacado.
  • Grilled tuna steaks, sautéed spinach, and Chinese cabbage with soy and ginger sauce.
The big issue going forward is rice. O is Filipina and doing without rice is like a day without sunshine to her. From the Prevention South Beach support board, it looks like brown basmati rice is OK.

the thing i like best about this diet is that i get to read what people are eating in my friends lists, and BOY OH BOY, the only thing i like better than actually eating food is reading about it!

did you mean to drop this entry into the SBSupport community?

Testimonial Dinner
Yeah, I did want to post this in sbsupport too, but I'll leave it here as well.

Strawberries taste real good after two weeks of no fruit. And now I'm eyeing that 85% cacao Lindt bar that O gave me for V-day...

Re:
Oh she is a peach. If you're gonna eat like this you gotta cook, or have a live-in cook !
